Affiliate Membership
Affiliate members are individuals or organizations not licensed to sell or appraise real estate but have interest in acquiring information concerning the real estate industry and support the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS®. Joining as an Affiliate increases your visibility.
The Spartanburg Association of REALTORS®, Inc. is a trade Association that represents over 1,000 REALTOR® and Affiliate members. Joining as an Affiliate member is a great opportunity to increase visibility, promote your organization’s business and network with REALTORS® in Spartanburg and Union counties.
SAR Affiliate Benefits

- Company contact information published on the Association website
- Affiliate member can attend the Quarterly Membership meetings at no charge
- Affiliate member eligible to set up a table at one of the quarterly membership meetings to display products and services
- Affiliate member can add secondary affiliate memberships at a discount rate. (Secondary memberships must be with the Affiliate member’s office.)

In addition to the benefits listed above, a licensed home inspector or licensed pest control operator who is an active SAR Affiliate member is eligible to apply for an Affiliate Supra eKEY (additional fees apply) upon approval of membership and submitting the necessary documentation and fees.
