Why Use a REALTOR®

Not all real estate agents are REALTORS®.  Only real estate professionals who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) may call themselves REALTORS®, because they adhere to NAR’s strict Code of Ethics.

The Code of Ethics was adopted in 1913 to hold REALTORS® accountable for their ethical behavior and business practices.

As experts of all things related to home buying and selling, real estate agents who are REALTORS® help consumers navigate the most complex and consequential transaction many of us will ever make.
