MLS Membership
The Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc.
The Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc. (MLS) was organized in 1957 as a committee of the Spartanburg Real Estate Board. In 1971 the Service became a separate corporation and named the Multiple Listing Service of Spartanburg, Inc. The MLS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Spartanburg Association of REALTORS® and serves over 1,600 broker/agents in Spartanburg and surrounding areas. The MLS provides our Brokers and agents with the necessary tools to better serve their customers and clients in the purchase and/or sale of property.
MLS Participant
An individual applying for MLS Participant must hold an active South Carolina real estate broker-in-charge license or be a South Carolina certified or licensed real estate appraiser and hold Designated REALTOR® membership with the Spartanburg Association or another Association of REALTORS®.
MLS Subscriber
An individual applying for MLS Subscriber must hold an active South Carolina real estate non-principal broker or sales license, or be a South Carolina certified or licensed real estate appraiser with the same office as a broker-in-charge or principal appraiser who is a participant of the Spartanburg MLS. Applicant must hold membership with the Spartanburg Association or another Association of REALTORS®.
