S.C. Real Estate License Renewal and Continuing Education Classes
Real Estate Licensees up for renewal in 2021 have until June 30, 2021 to complete their CE and license renewal.
A license must be renewed biennially. Approximately one-half of licensees must renew in even-numbered years and the remainder in odd-numbered years.
A Licensee unsure of when to renew their license should check the expiration date on their real estate license or look up their license on the S.C. Real Estate Commission website.
